Gareth’s pick #14: SMOKIN’ Joe Rokocoko
Despite late support for Lewsey, Rougerie and Heyman there wasn’t enough there to challenge the pace and tryscoring ability of Joe Rokocoko. “Smokin’ Joe” has the knack of finding the tryline despite looking almost nonchalant at times. That’s just fine with me!
He’s big, he’s fast and he rocks.
I must admit I thought long and hard about selecting either Shane Horgan or Andrew Trimble. I quite enjoy both those Irish wingers - Horgan is a beast and Trimble is dan-ga-raaas - but in the end I went for the safe option.
You will also noticed that I have saved the best for last: The Magician at fullback. Very exciting!
