Firstly let me apologize for the poor quality of the picture below, blame the guys tshirt365.com (Can’t believe I just helped punt an opposition website) How kak is their rugby version lately? Deadboring365.com springs to mind! Anyway, I have to hand it to these guys. They’ve designed a t-shirt with the logo on below that will no doubt cause much heated debate amongst many of the Bulls and anti-Luke-Watson fans.

I was pretty much firmly planted in the “Pick Luke” club and could not see any reason why he has not yet been a bok.
The first interesting one (well besides allegedly holding a grudge against pops, Cheeky Watson), was the implication that JW did not consider him to be a team player and might be a disruptive influence on the team. Admittedly, he hasn’t exactly been quiet and humble about where he thinks he should be so it didn’t seem too far-fetched.
I still reckon he should be there, but it’s gonna be difficult with our new blitzy wonderboy Spies in the mix
if Luke only wasnt so arrogant… Hero on the field, whiney bastard off it… i am decidedly undecided on his inclusion, as the damage to the team could almost be as much as the good he does on the pitch
Good point Alex! But I fear that the media magnify anything the players/coaches say….what we think of as whiney (what we see him moaning about in the press) could in fact just be sensationalist journalism. I’ve seen it so many times, especially while working in London. Andy Robinson would make a simple comment at a post match conf and next thing the comment would be stretched, tweaked and splashed accross the country, making Robo look even more of a twat…..cant speak for Luke, but I fear LUKEWATSONGATE has been over hyped…
Agreed the wonderboy is confident, and speaks his mind. He has not said ONE thing that was untrue, unlike Joke White who speaks a truckload of shit whenever he opens his mouth!
Also consider that Luke is 22 years old and our very esteemed coach is more than twice that age!

Im shocked and horrified at the inclusion of this article in the bin. I thought things would be in ship shape order when I returned…….but no. Some1 just had to push the envelope with this outragous article. Yesterday when i finally got home i switched on the highlights channel….
